A German Amber ale. Made with 100% German malt from Weyermann. The addition of three crystal malts gives this beer its color and lightly caramelized flavor. German noble hops provide traditional mellow spiciness.

Made with a grain bill similar to a hefeweizen using a blend of European and domestic malts. Unlike a hefeweizen, we use a strain of yeast that produces no peppery phenolic compounds. This gives our wheat beer a slightly fruity finish, which is accentuated with a late-boil addition of Idaho Gem hops. ABV: 5.8% IBU: 20
Who doesn't love peanut butter? Our nuts are backed with caramel and roasted malts in a full bodied brown. ABV = 5.5%: IBU = 20
This beer is based with malt sourced from the Cologne (Köln) area in west-central Germany, known for its pronounced honey-like flavors, which we accentuate with the addition of real South Dakota honey. A light hop bill allows it to finish slightly sweet. ABV: 5.3% IBU: 20
A blonde ale made with a blend of German and domestic malt. Lightly hopped and finished with natural blueberry flavor and a touch of real vanilla. ABV: 5.6% IBU: 15

Finding it’s origin on the Bavarian countryside, Radler comes from the German word, “cyclist.” This Radler is a light bodied blonde lager with a slightly tart finish from the addition of natural grapefruit. ABV = 4.2%: IBU=25
A continental-style lager made with Munich base malt and deeply caramelized crystal malt to create a rich, dark, smooth-finishing beer. ABV = 5.7% IBU = 20
A blonde ale made with a blend of German and domestic malt, very lightly hopped, and finished with natural peach and mango flavors. ABV: 5.7% IBU: 15
Made with Irish base malt and British crystal malt, roasted barley, and hops. Natural coffee flavor is added to the finished beer to put the top note on this dark beauty. Pours black but finishes on the dry side with no lingering "chewiness." ABV: 6.2% IBU: 30
Citra, everyone's favorite hop, is the star of this show. Simcoe, Chinook, and El Dorado hops provide a dank, resinous bass note that grooves with a bombastic blast of Citra fruitiness. A generous malt bill supports the hoppy awesomeness. ABV: 7.6%. IBU: 60.
The classic flavors of hot cocoa in a beer, to put a smile on your face during the cold winter days and nights. Made with Irish base malt and British crystal malts. Finished with natural chocolate and marshmallow flavors. ABV: 5.8% IBU: 20
An unpretentious light golden lager made with pilsner base malt and lightly hopped with a blend of Tettnang and Loral hops for an easy drinking thirst quencher.
